The building is located in one of the more popular neighborhoods in NE Portland, Oregon, and houses (14) residential units, complete with state of the art amenities, and commercial tenant spaces at the first floor.  The building is composed of Cross-Laminated-Timber (CLT) roof and floors, supported by Glu-laminated wood beams and columns.  The building is seismically prepared, utilizing a Buckling Braced Steel Frame surrounding the elevator and stair core.  The basement of the building extends approximately 20′-0″ below street level, and includes a (24) car, automated mechanized parking valet system.  The system stores the cars in a two-level system below, which is operated by a key fob at the street level.
